  • Led the redesign of ebook content elements (headers, boxed content, reference materials) during a platform migration and design system overhaul.

  • Navigated the complexity of designing for both publisher-created and instructor-created content while maintaining brand identity and supporting gradual migration.

  • Independently explored multiple design directions and managed stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and editorial teams with competing priorities.

  • Delivered simplified content elements including clean headers, two consolidated boxed content treatments, and three streamlined reference elements (Key Terms, Notes, Extended Descriptions).

  • Managed the complete design cycle from exploration through stakeholder presentation without lead support.

  • Designs are currently in production serving 1.85 million users globally.
